Express Empowerment consultation
An intensive 90 minutes for deeper self-awareness and discovering your inner strength. A supportive experience that opens new perspectives in recognizing your inner light and resources, allowing you to step onto your own path. The goal is to help you access your inner power, gain new perspectives, and find balance in a short time, without committing to a long-term process.
Theta Healing® consultation
Theta Healing® technique helps identify and release subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional burdens. We work together to create positive changes in your life, whether it's related to health, improving relationships, or achieving your goals. During 60- or 90-minute sessions, we work in a safe and supportive space to facilitate inner transformation.
1-on-1 mentoring
The individual coaching process is fully tailored to your needs and goals. The duration of the process – whether it's a few weeks or several months – depends on your specific situation. The first step is always an informal, free consultation, during which we’ll assess your needs and define the most ideal path for you.
