Hi, I’m Vivien — originally from Hungary, now living in the Faroe Islands for almost 5 years.
A few years ago, I was living in constant pressure — driven by perfectionism, expectations, and the need to perform. I was moving through life in a rhythm that wasn’t truly mine.
Over time, I began to slow down and listen more closely to myself.
From science to embodiment
My journey began in science, studying biochemistry, molecular biology, and neurobiology, and working in Alzheimer’s research.
But alongside this path, I felt a growing pull toward something more human — something that included not only the mind, but the body and lived experience.
This led me to yoga, embodiment, and a more body-based way of understanding health and well-being.
A slower, more conscious way of moving
Today, I offer yoga, coaching and embodiment-based practices with a focus on nervous system support.
My work is about helping you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body — without pressure, performance, or expectations.
I guide practices that support awareness, safety, and a deeper connection to yourself.
My intention is to support you in building trust with your body — learning to understand its signals, finding a sense of safety within yourself, and moving through life with more ease and balance.
My work is also gently inspired by natural rhythms and cycle awareness, while remaining open and welcoming to everyone.
Returning to your natural rhythm
I believe that when we begin to live in connection with our own rhythm — instead of constant pressure — something shifts.
We become more grounded, more present, and more ourselves.
And from this place, a more balanced and meaningful life can naturally unfold.
I’m really glad you’re here.
